Korea University Sejong Campus has shown a steady increase in employment rates over the past three years, achieving outstanding results in supporting students' career development and job placement.

 

According to the 2023 public data from the Ministry of Education, the employment rate of Korea University Sejong Campus has consistently risen from 59.0% in 2020 to 66.6% in 2021, and 67.4% in 2022.

 

In particular, according to the 2023 public records, the Department of Electronic and Information Engineering recorded a high employment rate of 75.0%, the Department of Computer Convergence Software 82.5%, and the Department of Pharmacy 93.8%, showing that students from these departments are thriving in various industries.

 

Korea University Sejong Campus operates a variety of career support programs tailored to students' career development. The university offers six categorized courses based on academic year and major, and assigns dedicated consultants to each department to provide substantial career and employment counseling. In addition, a structured process is in place to involve students from freshmen to graduates in tailored career and employment programs. The university continually strives to improve these programs through annual surveys of student needs.
